Nash just evened that up with the snow job on the non-interference. King's position was not threatening in the crease play. I watched it over and over and really tough to call that.

I'm dying over here, a post a breakaway miss and the Kings had some great chances also. I don't care how many overtimes it takes as long as the Rangers win.

Well the Rangers mission just got a hell of a lot tougher, on the bright side the next 2 games are at the garden so who knows. I am not embarrassed that they are down 2-0 as they were in both games and had their chances.

Yea I watched it over and over and I guess it could really go either way, the rules state that there's no goal if the player "impairs the goalkeeper’s ability to move freely within his crease or defend his goal". To me, it looked like Lundqvist wasn't allowed to stop the puck cause King was literally right there next to him. I have more of a problem with why they won't review goals like that, a Stanley Cup game and a close call like that can't get reviewed?

It is on the Rangers too since they gave up the tying goal soon after and couldn't finish it in OT, it's just hard to see that though. It definitely gave LA the momentum to get the next one. O well, hope we can get the next one at the Garden

They say you're not really in trouble until you lose one on home ice, but I think the Rangers may be in some trouble.

    Tremendous game.

Drew Doughty played over 40 minutes tonight, just a force out there.

And best of all for NBC, the game wrapped up so that they didn't have to cut out too much of SNL re-runs.

Rangers - Nash, Richards, and Kreider with bonafide chances to end it.

I don't agree with Mike Milbury on anything, but he is correct when he says people need to stop praising Nash for his defensive work, when he has done SQUAT offensively. For the Rangers to win, Nash has to be an offensive force, not a defensive one.

Rangers are done. I would love this to go 7 games, but that is not going to happen.

I agree with you about Nash, it's almost like he is afraid to shoot the puck, always circling and looking to make the perfect play. I wouldn't say the Rangers are done yet, maybe these next two long plane rides will finally exhaust the Kings, wait till after game 3 to say they are done if they lose game 3 I will concede that it is over, but us Rangers fans thought it was over when we fell behind the mighty Penguins 3 games to 1 so as the saying goes it ain't over till it's over.

I can be convinced of anything, but the Rangers cannot hold a lead, it's like watching my Red Wings the past 2 seasons. The Rangers have all the ability in the World, but they lack some stick-to-it-ness. I hope they can find it.
