Just in terms of that the series may only go 4 games. That is boring for a SCF. I want 6 or 7 to make it more exciting. The Rangers look lost and not worthy of being in the final.

You know, one of the most famous hockey goals came from a 4-0 series sweep in the Stanley Cup final...

The Devils came back in 2012... sort of...almost...
Please Henrik, don't let the Kings win

My sentiments exactly, at least force a game 5.

Going back to game 2. What I can't fathom is why they'd call goalie interference on the Rangers, then blow it by whiffing on one against LA. Fair's fair, but it seems the zebras in this game blew it big time. I realize there've been bad calls throughout the post-season, but it slips under the radar as opposed to say, the NBA, where that seems to be a little more pre-determined, IMPO. Didn't realize they hired idiots here, too.
In a perfect world, the result of game 2 would've been reversed before Monday. You take the tainted goal off the board, and you likely don't get double overtime. The first championship series in any sport between NY & LA since 1981, and it's tainted. The Kings don't deserve to have what likely will be their 2nd cup in 3 years tarnished by an incompetent referee. Who was the moron, anyway?"You can't have an oversight committee on stupidity!"--Woody Paige, "Around the Horn", 2/11/08

There is always human error in sports. There will always be human error in sports in some fashion. That being said the non-call on goalie interference was so close that I've heard nothing but different opinions regarding the call. It's not some overwhelming "omg worst call ever" consensus and a lot of people think the right call was made on the ice. So it in no way diminishes what the kings have done.

The Rangers have come too far this season to end up being swept out of the Stanley Cup Finals... but if they get no production from Richards, St. Louis, and Nash, it will happen.
If the superstars show up, including Henrik, who I am just about done making excuses for, who knows. As every Ranger has said today, it starts with one win.

Tonight I drink the cold beer and cheer on the Kings. Except for the eye gouging jabroni Justin Williams.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I have not complained about the officiating as that is part of the game, but just once this series I'd like to see a call go the Rangers way.

That's a real good 1st Period of game 4 by the Rags. Only one blown coverage, and they are finally getting the odd bounce. The goal by Pouliot was an absolute pearler.
