If I decide to sell it as a single I'll let you know first. I'm considering keeping one of the consoles and if I do, Sonic and Ecco (I played that one a LOT as a kid) will stay with it.

Went to 3 sales today.. Only 1 was worthwhile, but it was quite worthwhile. I picked up 3 old tube radios (1980 Sony, 1960s Emerson w/Bakelite body, 1939-55 Rogers Majestic) for $10. The two older ones will more than make my money back as for parts/repair sales. The Sony may sell, or I may keep it as I like the look.
I also bought a huge framed Robert Bateman paper print for $3 which my mom immediately paid me $25 for, and a 70s Mickey Mouse / Donald Duck framed mirror, 20 x 16, marked "Handmade in England" and has export and import stamps. $2.

Saturday and Sunday saw me obtain:
2 mid century plaster cast wall hangings $10 /pair
Realistic Navaho brand CB radio $2
A frankenset of silver plate which included a tabletop cigarette lighter, easily the coolest looking thing I've picked up this year. $5
Small blue glass vase with silver overlay decoration. $1

Letter opener with case $1
Blackjack/roulette/craps lap table with chips. $2
A small signed and numbered print. It's titled Four Little Birds by Carolyn Shores Wright. Free.

The steal of the weekend, I found out once I got home, was a Fostex Model 80 Reel to Reel recorder for $10.
Edit: Forgot about the Digimon Walkie Talkies and the vintage electric hand mixer.
Edit 2: Just found out one of the 2 cream pitchers in the frankensilverplate set is a CP Rail item. Score!Last edited by Wickabee; 08-18-2014 at 03:36 PM.

I was able to get out friday and saturday after being on vacation and unable to pick for 3 weekends. I picked up some very nice stuff.
I hit a sale at a picker/hoarder house and grabbed a nice bundle. I say picker/hoarder because they had some nice vintage stuff and a lot of junk and trash. They had stuff in their front lawn but their back yard was completely full of stuff that had been sitting outside for awhile. I picked up some galvanized buckets, a vintage socket set that I have to identify, a 1941 indiana license plate, 2 protected forestry metal signs, two large pulleys with hooks, and metal cabinets and a metal table as well as some other odds and ends. Got them all for $100. One of the pulleys should sell for around $75.
Saturday I went to an estate sale and the people running it said they saved some vintage toys for me and my friend. It was a small box. Most were cheap but there was a tin popeye toy. I knew they were good as I had one from my grandpa's house that goes for around $300. I got a bunch of stuff including the toys for $25. Two large shipping crates, some vintage cowboy boots, a vintage chrome towel rack and some other small items. I'm not sure what the Popeye toy will go for but of this type of toy (it's called a jigger) there was a version with olive oil sitting on a box of spinach and a version where she is sitting on dynamite. The dynamite is supposedly the rare version which we got. We think we should be able to get anywhere from $500 to possibly even $1200 for it based off of our research. NOt much on ebay to get a good market value of it. I'm leaning towards the $600 range based off of what I have seen.
Also picked up an old Hay Trolley for $40 and a Design Within Reach stool for $60 that I should get $170 on.
Here are some picts.
