I hope everyone has had a great weekend like myself
first started off at the flea market in which some new guy was selling military kevlars for 10 a piece...I really don't do that type of stuff but I know a lot of the guys out there does and they were no where near this guy...I bought 6 of them off of them and my buddies who do sell that type of stuff walked up and said they were going to buy them off of me....I sold them for a total of 215 dollars

ok now the stuff I know about
picked up this Nintendo 64 lot for 40 dollars.....I needed all of them minus the n64 and 4 games so I know ill make my money back just on Mario kart alone


ok I picked up a wii u about a month ago for 100 and I picked this whole lot for 125...its going to be a xmas gift for my son so im happy with that


after going almost a year without finding a boxed snes I find another one today with the scope a week after I picked up the mini
I paid 50 for the pair


and probably my best pickup pc wise....found this on a table for 3 dollars

Slow one yesterday only managed to hit a few

got a tub of transformers for 20$ (couple Optimus prime, megatron, bumblebee,etc)
Nintendo DS game Where the Wild Things Are for 2$ (mint in box)
and a PS1 with a memory card for 5$

Besides the clock (which should net me at minimum $40 for my quarter investment, I also came away with the following:
Signed painting of two dudes fishing in a boat
Replacement bubble lawn mower for my kid (I broke her first one)
A Korean knockoff of those German clocks with the dome. Heirloom?
Whinnie the Pooh doll that has to be at least 30 years old.
A Honey Bunny doll from around the same time.
A novelty all clay metal tipped quill pen and inkwell in the shape of Don't Quixote from Portugal
2 books of old 78rpm singles
Sega Genesis + 4 games
Mid 60s gold plated steel lamp
3 Deneault sketch prints of Quebec City street scenes
A print of a painting I bought and thought was nothing. Turns out the painting Ibought for a buck is worth about $150. $200-$300 if iI get it cleaned.
A shadowbox with some history of golf clubs stuff in it.
A handmade chess set from Cuba (missing 3,pawns)
A Disney bird feeder
2 little Royal Albert Crown China coffee cups

That all cost me a little over $100, with most of that being in the records ($40) and the Sega + games ($20).

Last week I was camping, but managed to hit 2 garage sales, 2 flea markets and a thrift shop. Came away with:
3 Avon aftershave car bottles
Antique wood and brass model cannon
1988 Pillsbury Dough Boy cookie jar and spoon rest
Complete Pig Mania game from 1977
Pilsner bar flag
Commemorative pin of the 1949 Canadian Boy Scouts First Jamboree from 1987
Bicycle cards travel poker set
Halex card shuffler

That was about $25. I have the cannon sold for $45.

I'm already sitting on a Sega Core, and now a Genesis. I think I'm splitting the games up and each gets 2. The only real interesting one is Sonic 2. Other than than it's Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Ecco the Dolphin.

I'm pretty stoked on the records. All original press Canadian dealer copies from the 50s. Not the greatest shape, but totally playable and collector worthy. There's about half a dozen Elvis, some Fats Domino, The Platters, Johnny Cash, Gene Vincent, Pat Boone etc, etc.
