eBay feedback question??
So I purchased a card to finalize my PC on 2/8/08, waited and waited ... so I email the seller on Monday 2/18/08 and ask simply "has this card been shipped"
Seller responds on 2/19/08 by leaving me feedback and a message saying "yes card will go out today" ......... on 2/19/08???? So I instantly paid for a BIN card just over 50% of BV and you wait 11 days to send it???
On top of that he charges 3.95 for shipping and the card comes in a makeshift bubble mailer with paypal shipping label including DC so I know the most he payed to send this card was $1.99. I don't care about him trying to make a few extra bucks on shipping BUT DON'T WAIT 11 DAYS TO SHIP OUT MY CARD EITHER!!!
Do you think any of this warrants a neutral/negative feedback, I sure do but for some reason I can't bring myself to leave it for him!!

Yeah that would make me mad also. I would think that it would call for neutral feedback.

I agree definately a Neutral but NOT Negative. If a few people leave Neutrals maybe he will change the way he does business

if you leave a neg, there is a better chance he will change his ways. but to me, ebay feedback doesn't count the same as feedback on here. hell, i would have way over 5,000 feedback if we counted feedback from wal-mart, target, the local supermarket, and stores at the mall. they are all bought and paid for. leave him a neg and tell why.
he not only derserves it, he asked you to leave it by jerking you around. fair is fair.

I think if you got your card safe and sound you should stop whining. Chances are, and correct me if I am wrong, that card you waited for is going to be locked away with the completed set to not see light of day anytime soon. What's the big deal on the wait? I could understand if you needed the card for a present or something time sensitive and gave the seller a heads up. As far as shipping goes, if they charged you $2.50 for handling your item safely and soundly, you got your money's worth. You cannot expect to buy at wholesale and get the grand favor of shipping at cost. If you have that expectation, then you should stick with card trading rather than buying. You should leave a positive with a remark about it taking a few days to ship and leave mid range scores on the shipping time and cost portion of the stars if you are unsatisfied.
Just my two cents.

mindcrime - very true! 11 days is better than 12 but definitely worse than my standards which is the next business day after selling/trading and if I can't get it out in that time I'll at least message you and give you some communication.
At least I got the card. I think that I'm irked about it because If he had contacted me and said "hey I got some things going on your card will ship shortly" or "I'm a lazy bastage and don't feel like moving for a week your card will go out next tuesday" or whatever, but I had to contact him.

I think this is becomiing a new thing on ebay, you pay instantly and wait for a week plus to get your cards shipped. It happened to me about a 2 weeks ago but my seller didn't leave feedback first so I couldn't leave a negative. I didn't leave any feedback because I figured if he's that slow shipping he wouldn't leave me feedback anyways. I've been hitting ebay lately buying and have noticed alot more sellers charging 4-5 dollars shipping and then if you want insurance it's another 2-3 dollars extra.

I'm definitely not sniffling about it, life goes on bro!
It's called customer service my man. If you want to be a business then you have to act like a business. In my eyes anyway. maybe that's just me!
Come on, you as well as I know shipping charges are inflated because of the new fee system in place. not complaining because I do it as well. Like I said I have no problems paying $3.95 for a $1.18 package, but at least ship within a timely manner.
actually I'm pretty much done with both for the time being. How can you warrant a positive feedback on this. Let me ask you .. say you go to Dick's sporting goods online and buy something, you pay for the item plus shipping and weeks later still don't have your item ... whatcha gonna do? Complain to someone, somewhere ... right? Right! so what's any different about buying something from someone on eBay? It's called customer service or rather the lack there of.
Thanks for your two cents.
