The Lions' trade of DT Shaun Rogers to the Bengals has been called off.
The deal was considered consummated, even being confirmed by Bengals.com and the Lions organization. However, the Lions are reportedly now trying to deal Rogers to another team. It's uncertain what stopped the deal - possibly health or off-field issues. The Broncos and Bills could be interested.

ROGERS TO BROWNS A DONE DEAL
According to Hondo Carpenter of SpartanNation.com, who as we understand it is very well plugged in as to the goings on in Motown, the Lions have finalized a trade of defensive tackle Shaun Rogers to the Browns.
In return, the Lions reportedly will get cornerback Leigh Bodden and a third-round draft choice.
Carpenter says that the league office rejected a trade that would have sent Rogers to the Bengals for a third-round and a fifth-round pick.

Rams signed PK Josh Brown to a five-year, $14.2 million contract. The deal included a $4 million.
The deal one-ups Adam Vinatieri's five-year, $12 million deal and makes Brown the NFL's highest paid kicker. The cap-strapped Rams have been predictably quiet since free agency started, but this is an underrated move. They take a clutch weapon from an intradivision rival and put him in a dome.
