OK the bickering is pointless so stop it. I am a veteran in all senses of the word! Its a freakin noun. if you have less than 20 trades you send first on EVERY transaction. Once you earn the right to be treated like everyone else you may find yourself on our side of the fence! See how you like it when a newbie refuses your request (especially when he has a card you really really want!) Will you be stupid and send same time with someone who's never traded here? THINK ABOUT IT!

And thats all of our point of us expierenced traders, we all had to go through the MSF rule and now when we ask the new traders they are unwilling to do so and think they are better than that rule or something?

Dan,
Just a note - if you're doing a high-end trade with a newer member (with more than 20 feedbacks), and don't feel comfortable sending at the same time, you can ask a moderator to be the intermediary, and both sides can send to that mod (with DC and/or Insurance). When the mod receives both sides, he/she can send out your cards. You'd just need to include extra $$ for the mod to mail everything, but if it's a big enough trade, a few bucks seems to be worth the peace of mind.

I may have said this before, but if a new member won't follow the rules, report it, and they'll be dealt with. That's the best way to go.

veteran1 [ˈvetərən] noun, adjective
a person who is (old and) experienced as a soldier etc or in some other occupation
Veteran is a relative term. Some may look at a veteran as a member who's been on the site for a year or two. Others may look at it as # of transactions. But it's usually a combination of both.
You wouldn't consider a member with 3 feedback who has been here for 4 years a veteran would you? However, if a member is on here for 3 months and accumulates 200+ feedback (Pretty impressive) he obviously knows the ropes and by now certainly is experienced in the trading waters.
I'm not taking anyone's side, and as Bondsaway said, the bickering needs to stop. It's pointless, it takes away from the topic, and most of all it's against the COC.
Regarding rule breakers, here are my tips.
If you see a new member (or any member for that matter) breaking the rules in a post, click the "report this post" button and a staff member will take care of it.
If you the problem you're having is with the member not sending first, quote the site rules to them (Can be found on the SCF RUles link on the home page sidebar). If they still refuse, contact a staff member.
We're here to help, but if members don't take the initiative to point out the problems, we can't fix them all.

did you contact/follow up and just check if s/he did in fact send the next day? that's probably the first step. if so, i'd say wait a few more days, mail could be slow sometimes.

Yeah, contact the other trader first of all. And remember that mail can be slow.
I've mailed money orders on two seperate occasions (One to Montana and one to Virgina) and both took at least 2-3 weeks to arrive

If they still refuse, contact a staff member. or PM ME. Bonds is RIGHT the infighting HAS GOT TO STOP. It Seems all you guy has done is find another forum to argue in. Heres how its gonna end.
Bowlerontherise is an EXPERIENCED trader. Ryan52 is not. Cease & desist the fighting guys . Lets just enjoy the site !!!
