I was an English major too! *high-fives Jammington*
I voted for Johnny, but Obama won, and I will support him and hope, hope, hope he does a great job. We need help! But I do like his idea of service, and plan on doing some nice things. If everyone helped out, we'd all be in much better shape, I think.
Plus I think the Congress and House will begin working together, because everyone should realize petty party games are not a viable option. That was one thing I liked about both candidates-they worked well between parties.I'm always looking to trade cards for original Nintendo (NES) games. Always looking for 86-87 Fleer basketball - even commons - the more, the better :) Also, when sending cards out, please make certain the cards are well-protected and well-packaged.

Very true.
But the point I was trying to make was, how many people would go back on what they said? Would the hardcore right-wingers admit to being wrong? Most wouldnt. Would the hardcore Obama-supporters that thought everything out of his mouth was solid gold, admit that maybe there were a few things he said that wasnt right, and that they just believed it because Obama said it. I doubt very few. Thats what I'm wondering.
As an official Obama supporter now, ugh haha. I'd admit to being wrong if he turns out good. I still hate a few of his policies and I hope he doesnt or cant go through with them, but we'll see.

All I care about is this country moving into the right direction. Its unfortunate that some people already have their mind made up before he took the oath.
The reason that is is because we think if he does do the things he says he's going to, it won't be moving the country in the right direction. To move the country in the right direction, he would have to fail as a President.

Says you. What you think would help the country might not be what helps it. What I think would help the country might not be what helps it. Lets face it, none of us know what this country needs. If we did then it would be fixed.

Very true...that's why I said "we think." And we're not 100% sure what the country needs, but we have to have our ideas about what will help it...otherwise we either just let it go and not try or we're just picking random courses of action.
