HOW?!
How can you justify that statement? And when did I call you an idiot, or anyone for that matter?
You all have made it, yet you haven't given one legit reason as to how in the world Rondo is better than Mo Williams.
B/C he has a ring? That's not a reason. B/c he scores 12 a game on wide-open layups?
Or is it because he shoots 62% from the FT line?
It must be because he has 4 more assists a game than Mo. I mean, it must be tough to get 8 assists a game when 4 of them are alley-oops to KG every game. It must be tough to get 4 more passing it to lights out shooters like Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.
Please justify how Rondo is better than Mo.

i dont understand how rondo didn't make it(he's way better than jameer nelson). i was hoping for nash but i pretty much knew it was a long shot. i'm glad to see that devin harris made it though, he really deserves it this year.

Didn't say you did - I just was asking if I am an idiot if I think that...lol

Because he has the best FG% of all PGs in the league. Because he scores consistantly. Because he piles up the assists. Because he's 6'3" and still pulls down 6-9 rebs per night.

Never said anything about a ring. Wide open layups shows that he is good enough to get by defenders quickly. 62% FT isn't good, but he can't excell at everything. LBJs FT% isn't great either, although that's for another thread.
Mo scores, sure, but what else does he do? He's not great on D; Rondo is. He doesn't tally up the asts or rebs; Rondo does. Mo has the upper hand on FTs but that's about it IMO.

OK, you obviously haven't watched many Cavs games if you think Mo can't play defense. Mo plays MUCH better defense than Rondo does. Also, he has the best FG% of all PG's because he has wide open layups due to double teams on the guys on Boston who are actually threats. There's a reason teams let Rondo go around freely....b/c teams aren't worried about him. Wide open layups don't show that he's getting by defenders, because he isn't. Rondo tallies up a little more than one rebound a night, so don't bring that argument. The only thing Rondo has on Mo is assists. And if you put Mo on the Celtics, he'd have damn near 10 assists a night also.

You are right, but I would bet that you haven't watched many Celtic games either. And, wouldn't you think that if he was truly getting all these WIDE OPEN LAYUPS, that the defense would switch around to make him take a jumper instead? The fact is, he doesn't get nearly as many layups as you say he does.
I've never said anything about Mo not being a good player - he is, no doubt, but I don't think he is or will be better that Rondo. Rondo is quickly becoming a star in the NBA.
