Hahahahhahahahh. You obviously havent seen any of the singles on ebay or watched/broken enough of this stuff to know how great it is. You cant bust a single box and be happy because a decent amount of single boxes arent worth the money. But when it comes to cases...

yeah to each his own....BUT ultimate is by far better than ud black design wise.....ud black is nice and elegant but ultimate has jumbo jerseys and patches....i suggest you look at ultimatederon's youtube page or even go to ebay and look at completed auctions of the patches for veterans and legends you wont find one with less than 4-5 colors and rediculous breaks.... the jordan patch they are using is form his 90s allstar teal jersey....this product is one of my faves of the year.....and they even have a patch auto set of legends veterans and rookies.....who does that besides exquisite? yeah i think i got my point across.

btw you dont get a logoman per case ....that would be insane.

you get 1 to 2 level A hits per case. and i believe the rookies dont count as A hits and there patch cards sell between 200-700

I kinda like Ultimate, but not from a buying boxes/cases standpoint. I've picked up a ton of stuff on the secondary market of CDR (three base rcs /499 and everything #ed /25 and up, including multi-gu, and one printing plate) for the price of a box and a half. So, I'm pleased. :-)

For me its a matter of taste and to be honest I have to agree with the guys when they say the design sucks..It really does compared to previous years. For me I would not buy ultimate. Thanks Upper Deck once again. I got screwed on my UD Black and lets wait till equisite and see how many ppl get screwed.

ud has continued to do what they always have done guarentee hits and the big ones tend to be one in w.e # of packs....your just paying more for a chance to get a more valuable hit....same as in the 90s except in the 90s it was one in a bazillion packs and less money....so in essence it is the same thing it always has been. So I dont think anyone screwed anyone over, you just got unlucky. Unless they shorted you a card or hit...then you can hate lol
