I can dunk with ease, but it's easier to do when you're 6'7".

I feel for everyone 1-3" away from dunking. I was there at one point.

Just keep working, ask other people what you're doing wrong, because sometimes its as simple as that.

Lastly take the ball up with 2 hands then at the last second throw it down with one, keeps the ball secure and doesnt make you have to get higher to dunk with two.

I can dunk. Never been able to do it in a game unless I have a fast break. But anytime there isn't anyone on the court, I can dunk it. I'm 6'2"

    No way, I'm 5'11"

    8' & 8.5' all day...
I did dunk once in a full court game on a 9" rim.
    Highlight of my life.

I am 17 years old and 6'0" tall without shoes. I can dunk pretty consistently on a 9.5' hoop with a regulation ball (it helps because I can palm it no problem, so I have pretty good control of the ball). I can touch the rim at 10', but sadly can't dunk. Hopefully I will get a little bit taller or can jump a bit higher in the future.

    Bah, I was being sarcastic.
But at the time (19 years old) it was a pretty awesome feat...
In game made it that much better.

10' has always been impossible and will remain a mystery.
