Celtics!! I just joined recently so I thought I'd stop by this group! I love the Celtics and I'm so excited that they re-signed Rondo today!

Logging onto espn in accounting class I saw the news. I was shocked that he resigned, but that is incredible news! 11m a year is a bargain for Rondo. This season could not have started any better.

Another monster game tonight for the Celtics...they blew out the 76ers...Sheed had 20 points, including 6 three's, off the bench...and even Lester Hudson scored 6, with two longballs...all in a Celtics 105-74 victory. 5-0!

Yeah, they really are...a close win in Cleveland over the Cavs, a blowout of the Bobcats, a blowout of the Bulls, a relatively close win (compared to the rest) over the Hornets, and a blowout of the 76ers...next game? Tomorrow against KG's old team, in Minnesota against the Wolves...guess what I'll be doing tomorrow night while on SCF?

They could put together a really special season this year. They beat the Hornets and played awful doing it. Tonights win was solid, the 76ers didnt play well, but the Cs flat out rocked them. The bench played really well and that is the key to success

Exactly. If we can get 2 of Pierce/Allen/KG/Rondo dropping around 20, plus someone like Sheed, House, Marquis, or Davis dropping 20 every-so-often off the bench, we'll be doing very well all year...or even if we get 5 or 6 of them scoring in double figures night in and out, we'll be doing pretty well!

Yeah they were tired last night and settling for jumpers. Perk played really well and the bench kept them in the game. The Celtics are now 1 of 2 teams in the NBA who have yet to lose.

Tough loss tonight...110-103 to the Suns...sounds like KG was awesome tonight...just couldn't overcome J-Rich's 34...oh well, had to lose our first game eventually...at least there aren't any undefeated teams left (Denver lost tonight as well).
