There's a very good reason why I don't bash them. They've never done anything to me to justify it. Christianity has. They are not in a position to do me significant harm. Christianity is. They are not actively trying to do me harm. Christianity is. That being said, I still consider those religions to be every bit as hollow, groundless and unjustifiable as Christianity. If there was some Hindu organization out there trying to get the name of Vishnu printed on my money, destroy my freedom, encourage its followers to kill me and subvert my government, you bet your spleen I'd be bashing them. And by the way, who I do and do not bash is a separate issue from whether I do or do not believe in gods.

My challenge to you. Go to any Islamic country, walk up to a guy with a beard that is carrying an AK47, tell him his religion is a joke and his god is false and then get back to me on who is trying to do harm to you.

Just because Christians aren't roving the streets wielding AK47s in America doesn't mean they're not trying to harm me. Although I wouldn't be surprised if that did start to happen, considering that gun sales are at an all-time high. Who do you think is buying all those guns? Tree-hugging liberal wimps? No no no. Conservative Christians in America are quickly becoming a personal, imminent and lethal threat to public safety. So far all they've done is hang around in one place and wave their guns around, a la the teabag protests. But if they start to go on the move, all bets are off. I can assure you, Sunny Jim, that I'm prepared to defend myself against religious marauders.

But I should give you credit where credit is due. I'm pretty sure you people wouldn't be rioting in the streets by the tens of thousands calling for the death of a schoolteacher for naming a teddy bear Jesus. You have no idea how happy that makes me.

Any pancake is fine by me, but my favorites have to be plain and chocolate chip.
