Kobe
A great player, great shooter, so clutch, great 3 point shooter, Lebrons 3 point shot isn't great, Kobe has 4 rings...

Just to play devil's advocate and go along with the thread....
LeBron
A great player; better career FG% than Kobe, so if Kobe's a great shooter, LeBron is also; stats prove LeBron is more clutch than Kobe; their career 3-point % is less than a 1% difference; and the rings argument has no validity.
So where's that leave us? Kobe is a 1% better 3-ball shooter than LeBron, and has more rings.

LeBron is a stud who has gotten a bit too full of himself to this point. I did love he guy when he came in. A good, young talent. Kobe is better at the moment, but when both's careers come to an end it could be a different story. LeBron can do some superhuman stuff

Lebron - more exciting to watch (incredible athleticism - love his blocks from behind). Some people (myself included) don't really like Kobe's personality (though some people feel the same way about Lebron). I guess it is hard to be humble when you have that much talent.
I also prefer Lebron because I think he has more charisma too. Kobe is quieter and somewhat of a loner apparently - maybe more introverted. Lebron was the guy cracking jokes, making everyone crack up on and stay loose on the recent Olympic team.
Lebron has improved his 3 point shooting and can shoot from well beyond the three point line (best range in the league?)
