    Hawks Vs Ducks

anyone watch the Hawks VS Ducks game tonight? all i can say is wow....

James wisnewskis hit WAAAAAY worse then ovechkin on Campbell.. and all he got was a 2 min charging penalty.. he clearly left his feet, had NO intent to the puck AND went straight at Seabrooks head...

Sopel getting pushed to the grouned when jumping for the puck in front of the net... interference maybe?

all i can say is wisnewski better get a suspension

its impossible for the hawks to win, when they are on a losing streak and the refs do a TERRIBLE job...

Can't blame the refs on this one. Also tough to win when Corey Crawford gives away goals.

you can blame the refs on this one... that was CLEARLY interference on sopel. Crawford gave up 1 bad goal that was the shorthanded one... none of the others were really his fault

I agree on the Sopel call and def think the seabrook hit should have ended up with way more than a 2 minute minor, but come on, you can't blame the refs cuz your team is having a tough time. They still have to score and stop the other team right? Blame Toews for missing high on that breakaway.

i agree that u still have to score.. but when ur tied at 2 and the no call on sopel causes a goal to give them the lead with a couple minutes left in the game, u can blame the refs..

It always ends up coming back later on. The refs weren't out to get the Hawks tonight. It's not like they were playing the Pens...then I'd say maybe haha.

Why is Crawford playing tonight with Niemi acting as backup ? Is Huet injured ?

I dont think anything is wrong with Huet... dudring the game the Hawks announcers were saying that the goalies need some rest and that Crawford has played 8 career games, 2 of those against the ducks 1 was a shutout and 1 he let up 1 goal.

so they were saying they should give them rest and start crawford against a team that he has played good against in the past.

the hit on seabrook was nasty but seabrook went after perry and hit him pretty good when his back was turned and shouldered his head into the boards. Wisnewski stood up for his team mate but the hit to the head was not necessary.

If Perry thought it was a cheap shot he would have gone after Seabrook himself.

Crawford played because Huet has the "flu".
