mwagner- i know he has one punch power. Not even saying he can't knockout lesnar with one punch. It was the people who were claiming his first punch was going to KO lesnar. I simply said he has never knocked someone out with the first punch.
For what it's worth, I am leaning more to a first round KO by carwin. Just think a lot of people's opinions are based on hatred for lesnar.

You misunderstand me-I don't hate Lesnar, just think he was basically given his title for higher ratings -instead of earning it (that would be Dana's fault not Brocks.) He has alot of potential just think he's being rushed along for the UFC's benefit. I do however dislike his cockiness which is why i think he'll be unprepared for Carwins power. He thinks he can't be hurt and i honestly think he's gonna leave himself open to a huge hit, which is why i say the first strike Carwin lands and it'll be over. That's just how i see it happening.

while I agree lesnar has never faced anyone who hits like carwin, I have to ask what everyone is basing these "first punch will end it" comments on. Carwin hasn't knocked out anyone with his first punch so why do so many people assume it will happen to Lesnar? I suspect it has more to do with anti-Lesnar feelings than an actual prediction.
that said, I think it will either be Carwin by round 1 KO or Lesnar by round 2 TKO. I can't decide.

    Agree 100%
I'm taking Brock in 3. I hope it's a great fight...have been looking forward to this for a long time. Cain Velazquez is waiting in the wings for the winner.

I can understand people saying he was rushed into the title shot. But once he beat couture and mir, you can't really say he hasn't earned where he is. Also, no one who says he didn't deserve the title shot can answer the question of who should have gotten the shot. The heavyweight division was in bad shape and Nog and Mir were already booked.

Also, Couture left over money. You think it was coincidence that he comes back to fight Lesnar? Couture gets a good percentage of PPV dollars. He knew there were no other fights he could headline that would make him half the money that a lesnar fight would. If you don't think Couture had a large say in Lesnar getting the title shot...

Also, how is Lesnar being anymore cocky than carwin? they both feel they will win, Carwin keeps talking about knocking out lesnar. Seems cocky to me. Most of Lesnar's bad attitude still centers around Mir. He hasn't really been playing the bad guy against Carwin.

Just saying- you're making my point for me. Couture and Dana saw it as plain and simple an opportunity to make money. The reason no one can answer the question about who should have gotten the title shot is because there were countless fighters with better than 2-1 records more deserving, but none would've brought in the amount of ca$h that Lesnar vs. Couture did. So just because you're marketable doesn't mean you should earn a title shot. Lesnar 2-1 = title shot,Velasquez 8-0 = no title shot yet,Carwin 12-0 = barely getting 1st shot. The last 2 have actually earned a shot. As far as the attitude Lesnar is cocky, Carwin is confident. Huge difference.

After dealing with Mono and dyverticulitis, Lesnar is FULLY AWARE he can be hurt. He nearly died, and it wasnt in the ring. And of course he may have been rushed to a title shot, UFC is a BUSINESS, and Lesnar had alot more crossover appeal for rating. Being in the WWE, and trying out for the Minnesota Vikings.

Yeah, sorry man, left, then right combo on both of them. Maybe the left isnt the one knocking them out, but it is enough to daze them and open them up to a much harder follow up second punch.
