the best part is they "do so much wrong" but yet what do we all do....go buy tons and tons of cards! They have to be doing something right. like most people in life, they scrutinize all the bad no matter how little, and disregard anything that is good

I'll tell you what, they are about to have the heavens open and have a load of you-know-what pour down on them if they don't get that checklist up soon!

I'm hoping Panini comes out of the gates strong this year, and the new ITG products strike a chord with the market. It means less sales for UD, and maybe they'll get the picture that anything less than their best effort (paying attention to detail in their products) will result in a loss of sales.
It's the little things that count. Why does UD release a "nicknames" auto set in Ultimate this year, but not one of the players complied and signed their nickname on the cards. Brutal! Why are players so FREQUENTLY displayed on the wrong team, or with a very old, non-relevant swatch in a card that features the player with a different team? That issue alone would be a monumental improvement. Also, ENOUGH WITH JONATHAN CHEECHOO CARDS ALREADY!! And any event-used swatch for that matter. JUNK! STOP IT!!!

they're doing fine. they're minimizing redemptions, they're giving out great replacements, their CS dept. has made HUGE strides in improvement and is now easily the best part of the company. what exactly are you referring to in all that they are doing wrong? honestly, i'm thankful they concentrated more on getting the product out rather than the checklist.
Panini is up in the air but ITG won't garner any more attention than they've already gotten. the lack of an NHL license will continually limit them from the majority of collectors who want they NHL teams and rookies.
regarding the nicknames, its the same with the trilogy personal scripts not having any personalization, the players sign so many cards, they don't read the instructions. as for pictures with the wrong team and irrelevant jerseys, the products are made MONTHS in advance. they aren't going to redesign the card after it's been printed already (and possibly shipped out for the players to sign). also, UD has already paid for the jerseys. they aren't going to throw away material just because the player changed teams. that's just basic business sense.

I think you're just being a baby. Obviously they're going to delete your post if you're bashing them constantly. Is there a big heading that says "COMPLAINTS" where you're posting? If not, then you are in the wrong. Why would a company tolerate what you're doing?

I'm in the wrong? Really? Because people responded to my comments and said they AGREED with what I said, no one said they DISAGREED.
If you want to get into the term "wrong" and "UD" in the same sentence everyone better back the heck up and watch out before I kill a fly with a bazooka!
That's how easy it would be to go that route, so let's not, cool?

So are you inferring if I go talk to UD in "private" (as I have done in the past) it will get results?
