oh i definitely hear what you're saying. there's a time and a place though and a site where they're promoting their stuff isn't it. unfortunately, you'll probably never find out the time nor place or for that matter, someone to listen to you.

It's funny, I used to talk to people in the company privately and convey concerns and they always said things I mentioned were coming or change was about to take place.

I guess they played us like Obama!

But anyway, at least their biggest shortcoming has improved the most, the CS department. They have done an absolutely incredible job over there taking care of things and righting peoples wrongs.

Now if the product development teams would step their game up.............

So, is it possible the person running teh blog doesn't have the authority to speak for the company and was given some guidelines to operate by? Most big companies make you sign some type of code that you will not openly speak as if you are a representative of the company.

just from one thing ive noticed from my time on the web, people do not like being called out publicly when it would be more appropriate to handle a situation privately.

100% agree. I think Dr. Price at ITG could attest to this as well In my opinion Dr.Price handles negative comments in public much worse than UD because UD quietly deletes or ignores negative comments (sometimes will try to answer). Whereas Dr.Price is somewhat like a raging bull kicking back in public view when he reads negative comments about ITG.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if you're refering to the most recent one on SCF, but I've seen him do this on a few occassions here and elsewhere. If it youa re refering to his latest one, I was able to read between the lines in that somebody was looking for free stuff lol.
