Yes I'm complaining about getting my redemption. The last thing I want is an auto of some Montreal scrub. They updated the card ONE day before I could get a replacement. I like campfires as much as the next guy, but that doesn't mean I should have to receive things worth burning.

Okay, so first off Pocket-Rocket Richard is far from a scrub. He is a Hall of Famer and has the most championships of any player in any sport ever. Scrub? Only in your book.

Second, you pulled that card as your redemption. That's the card you get if it's completed. It was completed, that is your card. If we could all pick who our cards were it wouldn't really work now would it? I understand you are a Cam Ward collector and wanted a Ward for your collection, however this was the card that you pulled. There is zero reason you should be angry that your redemption was filled. I'm sure you can find someone who will trade you a Wardo autograph for it.

If this is true, they really dont' know what they are doing over there...no wonder it's a ball of confusion.

I apologize for the wait. We were waiting on the Stamping Dept. to stamp your card and returned it to Customer Service not to mention that we also requested an autograph and had to wait for the autograph as well, Your replacement card is ready to out today along with some packs for the wait and inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your patience and have a great day.

The typing grammar is definitely a downfall lol. It's hard to take anything seriously with bad grammar.

You actually got the redemption filled, which is something that countless guys here haven't been able to do. Feel lucky.

As for the scrub comment, Henri is one of the all time greats and has 11 stanley cup rings. 11!

Quit being upset about getting exactly what you pulled, and sell it for enough to buy 10 autos of the one time cup champ and future legend Cam Ward

i got a call last wednesday saying i would get redemptions and packs for my over a year wait now...she assured me they would be in fridays mail...needless to say after 5 days i still havent gotten the package..seems like a total waste..but why make people happy when they will continue to bust packs either way lol
