Upper Deck Redemption Frustration

I'm starting to get frustrated! At The Nationals last year I pulled this sweet redemption:

MARIO LEMIEUX / WAYNE GRETZKY
2008-09 UD BLACK HOCKEY UD BLACK DUAL PLAYER AUTO PATCH QUADS #ED TO 3 CD # BAJ2-LG

I submitted the code on 3 Aug, 2009 and I still have this status:

Athlete committed to signing soon, please be patient.

I'm approaching 7 months! How much patience am I suppose to have?

Ok, I'm going to use this thread so other members can see what happens with me and UD customer service. I sent them and e-mail and got this back:

Redemption Replacements
Please email all replacement requests to [email protected]. Remember to include redemption code, card description, and a list of comparable players and/or teams you are interested in. Please note replacement requests are subject to availability. If you feel there is any additional information you would like considered when processing your replacement please be sure to include it. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date requests are entered for delivery for your replacement items.

I'm going to send them a reply asking for the same players and numbered to three. :)

WOW,Mike great pull,I'm surely hoping ud doesn't screw you out of this card.I would pursue legal action if they don't send you the gretzky lemieux as what replacement can they send that is comparable to that.Good luck with this and I hope you do get that card,would love to see it when and if you do,take care Steve
