I did get them on the phone and they stated "a few more weeks." They said it was such a high-end redemption that they needed more time to fulfill it with something of equal value.

mikesilvia. i tried to call two times last week both times i was on hold with crappy music. for over 30 minutes. just got tired of the phone sticking to my ear is there a good time to call. any info would help. i have a few out standing redemptions past due one is over four years from 05 / 06 rookie prospects dual auto. i sent the card in july 2006
