Upper Deck Redemption Frustration

1. sick pull, not a hockey fan but any sports guru would know thats a sweet card
2. UD customer service sucks, panini is 10x better
3. good luck trying to get some comparable to that, going to be difficult, that's a monster pull

Im in a similar situation. I pulled a triple auto of reggie bush, vince young, and mario williams. After about 7 months i called for a replacement and they were like you will have something in 4-6 weeks. Well i let about 8 weeks go by and I call again. I asked them what the deal was. They said they completly shut down the redemption replacement process for over a month and it had just started back up. They said they were doing replacements in this order. 1st baseball, 2nd basketball, 3rd hockey, and finally football. So who really knows if we will get anything. They did say I will have a nice replacement, but Im not going to believe anything until I receive it.

After 6 months or so I asked for a replacement. Three months later no replacement. UD posted the Gretzky signed and they posted MY card, so I asked for the original redemption. They just confirmed that I will be getting one of the Gretzky/Lemieux card /3! :)
