For LW I would have to go with Luc Robitaille and for D I would go with Doug Harvey

Clearly, Lidstrom is the choice for your defensive pairing. However, I am surprised that no one has brought up Coffey.
As for the LW.....I think Hull and Robitalle are both good choices, but don't overlook Brendan Shanahan. Not only a great offensive player (11th all-time in goals), he was great around the net and a physical force. Can you imagine Shanny and Howe on the same line? That would be intimidating.

I think Lidstrom without a doubt for your other D-Man and I'd lean towards Hull for LW.

I know you love Doughty Andy but don't be ridiculous here and put him on an All-Time team a couple years into his career. May he eventually be an all-timer? Possibly but right now, not even close. Sorry bud.
