    Need Some Input

So I'm really looking to start a new PC. My criteria is that I want next year to be their first year in the NHL so that I have a chance to start my PC from the very beginning of their career. Also, I'm not looking for people such as Taylor Hall or Tyler Seguin, but somebody that is a little bit cheaper with still great potential.

Does anybody have somebody in mind? I'd like to start picking up some of their cards from H&P if they have them, so I can use all the help I can get.

Will he be playing for the Kings next year?

It could come down to him or Andrei Loktionov for a roster spot at center although they may both make it.

I would say his chances are VERY strong, he almost made it last year and was the final cut I believe.

He shouldn't be too expensive unless he comes out gangbusters.

That said, the Kings are starting to get quite a few Johnny-come-lately-bandwagon type fans/collectors so there may be stiffer competition than in years past collecting a Kings player.

Magnus Paajarvi-Svensson (Oilers), Evgeny Grachev (Rangers), Eric Tangradi (Penguins) if you want a foward, Oliver Ekman-Larsson (Coyotes), John Moore (Blue Jackets), PK Subban (Montreal) if you want a defenseman, Jacob Markstrom (Panthers) if you want a goalie would be my choices.

You could always go with Erik Gudbranson (D), Cam Fowler (D), Brandon Gormley (D) or Nino Niederreiter (F), depending on where they are drafted they may play next year in the NHL.

I was going to say Magnus Paajarvi-Svensson, also. Probably make camp and earn a spot on the Oilers roster next year. They have some great young talent coming through.

I predict there is going to be a lot of hype surrounding Cody Hodgson next year.

Nazem Kadri might be more popular than Kessel and Phaneuf next year.

    Tidy little player, Kadri.

I've been impressed with Scott Glennie and Toni Rajala for the Wheat Kings, also. But I doubt Rajala will make the roster for next season. Glennie has a good chance of making the Stars.

    Thanks for all of suggestions!

I'm mainly looking for a forward that will play in the NHL next year, or at least have cards come out that I can collect.

Any suggestions on a Flyers prospect?
