Buyer makes listing mistake ...
I saw this as a BIN and bought it.
Today I get an email that the card is not available and was listed in error. Figures!

I guess I have no recourse.

Can you file a complaint if the card goes on sale again by the same seller?

Thanks. I didnt know that.
If I were the seller and made that mistake, I'd at least send the buyer a low end auto card at charge.

I didnt pay right away, cuz I half expected him to try and get out of the deal.
I have hit a BIN where the price was way too low, but the guy honoured the sale. You never know.

The seller, though he made a mistake, is obligated to live up to the terms and conditions of a sale, is he not?
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

He should honor his deal. His mistake. I know if I was blind enough to make that mistake, I would eat the lost.

Should have paid. You gave the seller a chance to get out easier than he should have.

Speaking of error, don't they have Staal's auto where Cole's should be and vice versa? I could be wrong, but that middle auto looks like Staal's?
Errors all round!
