Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who?
DL said he isnt going to go out and sign someone just because he didnt get Kovy.....If anyone, I wouldnt mind Stempiak or Modin
BTW - Where is Fro in there? Hahahaha
I am actually glad its all over - although he is lucky he signed in the East - You can hear the BOOing pretty well in Staples Center
Crying for Kovy??

I would have liked him on the team but not at the cost of possibly losing the talent we currently have (in later contracts)
So it sucks...yes...but let's move on....Maybe we can get Parise when NJ doesnt have what he wants.....
Here is a breakdown of his contract - NJ will be lucky if doesnt bolt for the KHL in 2019 - He got his money.....Interesting to see if he scores 50 goals on the defensive Devils......

Will NJ fans (and Kovy fans) come out to play if they do not make it far in the playoffs?

WOW...What a contract! Oh, and I predict he leaves for the KHL in 2021. That's a no brainer.
As for the Kings and DL...he better get Doughty and the other "core players" signed or he's going to look like a fool.

Just as I was reading this thread.
I had a thought, nothing in this post as a "troll" or to "bash" any team.
But you can't call Doughty a "superstar", he is a Defensive-Superstar. There are two kinds, because Doughty cannot do it all. He can score a goal here and there, but he is no Bobby Orr skating from end to end, it could happen back in the 50's but not in the current league.
Plus, give the young man a break, he is a player the Kings need to build around, (which they have done). But he has to prove a little more to me.
And to comment on the original topic, the Kings need to call up the young guns and let the team fly. See how that goes, the veterans will always float around.
