Glad to hear you are ok. Lawsuit? Doubt it, some airbag wont trigger on a rear end collision. I hope the lady has insurance, or no one is getting paid. I was hit head on by a drunk driver doing 80 mph, person had no insurance. I havent seen a dime, and I had to be airlifted from the scene.

If their insurance company is going to pay for a lawyer to bring "Toyota" to court, go for it, other than that no offense but it's going to be a waste of time and a TON of money for a good lawyer. Good luck with everything, also what type of injuries did you receive? Did you get transported to the hospital or anything? Be happy that you are okay, your car should be replaced cause that car looks totaled assuming the frame is bent, and possibly a settlement for injuries sustained.

"Oww my neck, my back"? Insurance companies make enough and we pay enough, get every damned penny out of them. Again, good luck and glad to hear OP is ok.

Sorry to hear that! I was rear-ended by someone going at least 45 MPH. I was stopped at a red light. My airbag worked perfectly though and it was a Lexus which is made by Toyota. It was not only scary, but the sound of the metal crashing and colliding was LOUD!
