Thanks! When I first started doing this, I had no idea how hard Shula actually was to get. He signs a lot, but not nearly everything. Seems like just a few at a time...hope you see yours soon!

I sent him two of the same card, with a note telling him to keep one if he'd like. Not only did he send both back, but he inscribed them both ("To Andy" on one and "Go Eagles!" on another), plus he sent me a note thanking me for being a fan! This is another great success for me, as Celek is one of my favorite non-Packers...
Also got my 2011 Panini Super Bowl XLV Packers Team Set with the first and only officially licensed John Kuhn card!

Yeah, doesn't make sense to shut down post offices, banks, court houses etc. for these silly "holidays." Maybe I'm just bitter because I need to go to the bank, PO, AND court house.

Don't get me wrong, its great that we celebrate our former Presidents and whatnot, but why is it necessary for all of these places to close? I understand closing on major holidays, but these are upsetting, haha.

Two Hall of Famers (Sabol, MacInnis) and another nice one in Dunn. Instead of my index card, Sabol sent a signed 4x6, with a note from NFL Films stating that since he is 95, he cannot keep up with all of the autograph requests, but that Mr. Sabol wants everyone to have an autograph. So, he is limiting everyone to a single autograph. I had originally though it was a Preprint, but after rereading the note and closer examination, its pretty clearly not. Overall, a great day!

So a really great day there, in both quantity and quality! I love the McReynolds photo, its an awesome piece. Tripucka has one of the coolest, most unique signatures I've ever seen. This is my second Largent (got him in the summer); the first one didn't turn out very well, so I took another shot. Looks great! And, of course, I'm always thrilled to add a new Hall of Famer to the collection! Hanburger signed and personalized both a card and an index card, along with a "HOF 2011" inscription on both. Now this is a great day!
