on her waiting a day to report it...i dont think that that is an issue at all... it is true like someone said earlier most women are embarassed about it and a lot do not even report it... those are all possibilities that you listed, yet pretty hard to prove

Well, I think Kobe rapped her. From what it sounds like the sex was non-consenual. I hope Kobe gets thrown in jail but the odds of that happening are slim to none.
