    Exercise question...

Ok workout gurus which do you all recommend.

    Walking or riding a bike?

I have lost almost 20 pounds over the last 4 months just by cutting back on my food intake. I have also stopped drinking diet cokes and I don't eat after 6pm. I knew exercise was on the horizon and I think it has come to that point. I don't want to join a gym because I won't go. I'm at 238 and I want to reach 200 pounds.

    Thanks in advance...

    Oxxon,

PLEASE stopping eating those KFC meals :) That is the 1st step ;) Riding a bike is the best option compared to walking UNLESS you are speed-walking. Riding the bike is a lot more enjoyful as well, since you get to enjoy the scenery compared to walking. My girl and I go bike-riding at 630am and go for about 30 minutes to have continual exercise and it is so much fun.

    Good luck,
    G MO

Yeah, I know but when I don't go to KFC for awhile they send me a "Get Well Soon" card.

Me, speed? LOL, in school they used a calendar to time me on the mile run.

If its been a while since you exercised I would suggest starting out slow and simple. Start out on some short walks and just get into some sort of daily/weekly walking routine. Once you get comfortable and feel like you're ready for something more then either start taking longer walks or make the move to bike riding. If you go to big too fast you'll burn out quickly and get over any exercising in general.

I used diet coke as a generic term but I meant any kind of diet coke/soft drink.

Well, my only point is that anything diet shouldn't really be an issue. Now regular coke.....ahhhhhhhh.
