Upper deck Redemption Travesty....you decide??

So as you are all aware of, I pulled a SPx Roethlisberger/Rivers Dual Game Used Auto card redemption from Upper Deck.....well it seems as though they made an error and sent out the redemption cards as well as the actual cards....so I get home from work and sitting for me is an UPS package from Upper Deck.

I thought great, this is going to be good....well here is what they sent me along with the "so sorry letter"

OK, this really makes me mad....what do you guys think? Should I send back, or should I accept this and open the packs and hope for an amazing pull?? What a joke Upper Deck is!!

Upper Deck sux!! Most of their products are outrageously priced and their customer service sux!! Not sure you'll get anything better than what they already sent you. Not sure that helps, but I needed to vent a little.

Look at some prices of hofers that played in other leagues. But ya you got screwed. I'll take the roth off your hands, this way you don't have to look at it and imagine what it could have been. Or you can check my site and see if anything grabs you! Just remember they could have just said they never got it and sent you a few packs for your troubles. Think positive maybe vick will win the superbowl next year. Could happen! lmk

Nothing to sneeze at? That Vick auto books for $400.00. I agree it sucks you didn't get the card you had your heart set on. But you still got some nice cards out of it.

Personally, I'd rather have the Rivers/Roeth too, only because I'd sell it. Then I'd buy that Vick SPx you got for half the price and have another $200 left over. But, that being said, it's not a terrible replacement, and last month the Vick booked $500, it only recently dropped. It's his 2nd best RC IMO and definitely one a real fb collector should have in his/her collection. Dump the roeth 2 clr, you'll get a decent price for it and game used just isn't going to hold it's value. Maybe buy a Rivers auto with the proceeds. :)
