OK, I'll stick my 2 cents worth in too. I've never had a problem with Upper Deck until now. I sent a redemption away in October, and have seen nor heard anything. I have also emailed 3 times with no results. I'm at a loss. The player was probably a common, but the principle is that they should make good on their redemptions, or send more than value instead. Maybe they'll send me a Big Ben auto (YEAH RIGHT), LOL

i would be very upset and then i would pack all the stuff back up and send it back with a note stating this does not come even close to the bv of the redemption card i pulled i will be calling your customer service department to complain thats where they will kiss your behind my friend make sure you lay it on really thick and tell them that was unexceptable what they sent you to replace your card and you were never informed about this to be honest uper deck is bad with redemptions and the best place to turn in redemptions i think is Fleer there great i have some great stories about them but fleer is the best i hope this helped you out and good luck

I just received an email offering me a replacement. The Representative asked me to list my 5 favorites, so I put Big Ben at the top of my list, lol.

Fleer is the best? You must work for them...is your real name Jeff Pearlman? Fleer has to be the single worst company about redemptions in the history of the hobby! I can show you hundreds of posts and polls about Fleer that all complain. I can show much, much fewer about UD and Donruss, at least UD lets you put the redemption number online so you can at least prove they received it, and they keep it updated (though sometimes for months it's status doesn't change) and yes, their email dept is slow sometimes, sometimes they're great...
To be honest, not getting the Ben/Rivers is a real bummer. But you got a 2 clr patch of Ben (sell it) and a Vick auto/jsy from SPx. At least that's a real RC, and his 2nd best rc besides, not to mention he's sustained as one of the hottest players in the league for 4 seasons. Ben had one good year...if he does it again and that card jumps to $1000 then it blows. You can call them and complain and see if they'll send you something else on top of what you've gotten, it was their mistake after all, but I think you got some great cards.

I did get a better replacement though but it took a few calls.

Bah, their CS reps at Fleer are horrible.. No care for the customer no matter what type of package you have with them.

I got a replacement for my Flair Chad Pennington auto/jsy #/50 in the mail yesterday (almost a year later). I got a Flair Pennington jsy (unnumbered) and a Jake Delhomme auto. What a deal. thanks Fleer, for reminding me why I don't bother with your products anymore. I got about $7 worth of stuff for a $60 card...what a bargain.
