    To me if the DC never gets updated it's quite obvious that the USPS has lost it and they should be liable for the item. I know they don't see it that way.

    I don't ship a lot with UPS or Fedex, but I wonder how many times things like this happen with them where they don't cover it.

    Well I lost the appeal and they say that the USPS mistakes are the sellers responsibilities. Complete BS if you ask me.

    I took two negatives for this

    The good side
    Partial refund was granted

    I don't know what to think of this.
