For the Wild? I'm not sure, but you can bet there's going to be some major shake-ups during the off-season.
Let's start with goaltending:
Theodore and Harding? Free Agents at the end of the season. I could definitely see both of them looking elsewhere. Endras is coming over from DEL for the Wild's training camp, he might be Backstrom's backup next season. I could also see Darcy Kuemper attending training camp and possibly getting a chance in net with the big club; he's had a phenominal year in the WHL this season. However, he'll probably be assigned to Houston for some seasoning.
Forwards:
We absolutely need to fetch Lehtonen and Granlund over from across the pond; they would definitely provide a boost in offense. I could also see Wellman and Gillies getting a spot with the big club.
Defense:
Definitely Nate Prosser (but I'm biased, considering he's my #1 PC guy lol)! I could see two or three spots open for guys like Falk, Noreau (I was really impressed with his play when I saw him yesterday), Scandella and Prosser. Jared Spurgeon? Oh yes, just look at how he's played this season! He's here to stay in my honest opinion.
Who would I like to see leave in the off-season?
1. Brad Staubitz
2. Eric Nystrom
3. Chuck Kobasew
4. Maybe Antti Miettinen; he's good, but too sporatic.

Kings it will be Loktionov and Schenn again. No D will make it unless Voinov vastly outshines Martinez.
Oilers will be picking Larsson #1 overall and he will be in the NHL next year if they're smart. RNH is good but I think Larsson could be better than Doughty and anyone who knows me knows how I think of Doughty so that is a mighty big compliment to Larsson.

For Buffalo, it could be very interesting next year.
Guys that I think WILL likely stick next year are Luke Adam (no question to me) and Zack Kassian. Adam is tearing it up in the AHL with 56pts putting him just 3pts out of the top spot for rookie AHL scorers and to put it into perspective, the guy ahead of him played TWELVE games more than Adam. He's a bigger bodied center with great strength and scoring ability. Likely will play 3rd line center IMO.
Kassian is also having a monster year down in Windsor and is continuing to produce now that their postseason is underway. Kassian is a BIG kid who hits hard, passes well, and can score and would fill in perfectly as a 3rd line winger to compliment Adam's scoring ability next season. There have been questions about his maturity but I think he has cleared most of those up with his solid play this year.
A guy who I think should also get a look is Marc-Andre Gragnani. He's put up BIG numbers for a defenseman at the AHL level and scored a HUGE OT-winner for Buffalo tonight against the Canes. He also seems pretty sound defensively speaking and is a taller guy so I think he could put on a little weight and become a reliable powerplay option at the point position.
Players to watch in the next 2-3 years would be Defenseman Mark Pysyk, Forward Marcus Foligno, and possibly Paul Byron.
