Depends, if its in the Southeast the flooding may cause delays. Best bet would be to contact the seller and inquire to what method they used, and when sent.

Or...some people are just really slow about getting things in the mail..if you sent cash, then it will take longer because most people would wait to recieve first especially with you being under 20 trans.....

At most I wait 2 weeks for something to arrive, and usually email the seller after 7 days to see whats going on. It doesn't necessary mean they are a scammer, a few things could go wrong, but if you don't have anything after 14 days I would just open the case and either A) you get your money back B) They dont want a negative feedback and you will get your card.

Paid with PayPal, and he said he would mail the following day...Which was 11 days as of today

contact seller and see if a reasonable answer is given. some people are slow shippers [ some very slow] if not satisfied with response i would file a dispute with this site.[ great dispute teams] good luck

Ya I'd msg him saying if it doesnt come monday im disputing it with paypal. No way it should take 2 weeks to get to you
