I live in northern California and one time it took 4 weeks postmarked from a city in Arizona. Sometimes it just takes a lot longer. Heck I've had plenty of trades with members on here where it took longer than you have waited for the cards to get to me

Yeah, if it is not on this site, contact PayPal and file a dispute saying you never received your package. Did you send it PayPal Gift? If you did you can not file a dispute. For certain packages maybe he sent it Parcel Post which will take longer than normal.

Not sure if you know or not, you can dispute with paypal only if you sent regular paypal and not gift...which is exactly why i will no longer send pp gift...you have no protection and are sol if they decide not to send

some sellers are fast shippers until you pay for your item...i recently left a negative where the guy took 15 days after payment to finally ship...whole time saying he shipped it..then it arrives next day air lol
