Look at his other listed item, read the LAST line of the item description.
This guy needs to be hung by a short rope.

With his HDMI cable listing is just stupid. The title says laptop you have the description in the listing.
Height: 51.31mm to 53.59mm (2.02 inches to 2.11 inches) – Front to Back
Width: 405.89mm (15.98 inches)
Depth: 321.31mm (12.65 inches)
Weight: Starting at 5.3kg* (11.68 pounds)
Obviously he is pointing out the computer but he makes no mention of the laptop in his auction so whoever bids on this can get there cord in the mail and say hey I feel stupid but this cord doesn't way 5 kgs!
What I'm trying to say the hockey card listing he told you it was a photo all he had in his item description was the Wikipedia bios of Crosby and Ovechkin, but for the computer listing he decided to list the details of the computer in the listing which in fact would be fraudulent in my opinion even if he stated its just for his cord.
I'm with some people saying I dont feel sorry for people who bid on these items as it clearly states it but you look at the person bidding on the computer they have 0 feedback on Ebay so honestly you can you know they aren't as experienced when it comes to the whole online bidding world.
We have all had the feeling in our first go around on Ebay that this item is to good to be true but somedays it just gets to your head and you place a bid on it somedays you know its to good to be true.

I tried to register a complaint with eBay because both auctions clearly violate eBay selling policies.
"You're required to:
- Describe only the item you're selling in the listing and the terms of the sale.
- Provide complete and accurate details.
- You're not allowed to include conflicting or misleading product information in a listing. For example, if you're offering a refurbished item, you can't describe the condition as "New" in item specifics.
- You can't include pictures that don't accurately represent the item for sale."

I sent a message to the seller asking him to specify whether the listing is for the computer, or just the cable. I'm curious to see his reply.

yeah I sent a complaint to I was hoping to write a comment but no, Ebay frowns on that. I laughed as they had to say "we have received your complaint, no need to send again" its almost like they get complaints and they do nothing about them so people send the complaints again and again lol.

I received a response from lilkid_16 on the computer (cable) for sale. He says "no dont bid, i made a error on the price, it was suppose to be 15.00 not 150. and it wont let me change the title"
They may not let you change the title, but he could easily cancel the auction. Sounds like a scammer trying to cover his tracks.

I reported both of his auctions as fraudulent selling practices but apparently the red flag didn't go up in time. Shame.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I also agree with the notion that the buyer should be held responsible for this crap. Granted the description is deceptive, but we've all heard it before, that you should read auction descriptions carefully and for those of us that did, knew exactly what this auction was about. The listing was also an auction format so any potential bidders had days to read the description.
