Is it really a police matter though? I think its more of an Ebay matter, just get the guy off your website all he is on there for is to screw people.

    Width: 405.89mm (15.98 inches)

We have a D-B of the year award here!

Yeah, thats what I was thinking before. The photo auction he actually stated that it was a photo, and didnt add any other information about what you were bidding on. So I'm not to sure theres to much to do about it.

The auction for the cord however is completely different because hes telling the people the size and weight of the item they are bidding on. I think you could make a case out of the cord but not the photo.

Reminds me of the cool people when the xbox360 was released who would list all the characteristics of an xbox and then at the end of the auction state you were bidding on the box.

This made me laugh...it's really not far off from what our hobby actually is.

I emailed the seller about the computer / cable auction and he gave some lame exceuse about a typo and told me not to bid.

Then I called him out on the Crosby / Ovechkin "photo" auction and he said that it was a joke auction his friend "dared him to do". He claimed that he had already refunded the bidders money (like I believe that!) and that everything was cool.

Finally he said he had some "real" auctions coming up that I should watch for.

Violates ebay selling policies...puts up a "joke" auction (if I believe him)...This guy should be banned from ebay.

damn the girl on the left is hot!

back on topic. didn't the seller say the cards are in the picture frame?

Here's a fine example of a "picture of" eBay scammer getting nailed by the great Judge Judy. If you've never seen this before get ready to watch a beatdown!
