I've only ever sent damaged cards back once. I bought several packs of UD power play and 80% of the cards were mis-cut showing 75% of one player and 25% of another. I sent a letter with the cards complaining about the poor quality and figured that would be the end of it. About three weeks later, I received replacements for each of the cards I had sent back, plus a box of UD series two.

How damaged are these cards people send back? i.e. is it misprints on the ink that look terrible...or is it that the card is just dinged on one corner but a: "OMG I can't make any money off this now!!! FIX IT FOR ME!!!" type situation? Don't know how they verify that the openee of the package didn't just rip it out and curve/bend/ruin it to hell while doing so...Honestly for a hard signed auto even if the corners are rounded/miscut and it's not perfectly centered, if the auto is there, who cares!!?!

It's amazing how much more willing to be helpful a CS rep will be when they're not being yelled at eh? LOL

I never yell at reps I'm always usually pretty nice with them as I work with customers at my job and can't stand getting yelled at either

And to whoever called me rude, when I post a topic about UPPER DECK to change the subject from Panini and the first 2 people post about Panini, then yes I will be rude because there's no need to troll/hijack my threads

Why have a stroke over a 9$ card. That's my theory. They probably didn't have any left so they sent you another.

Tough crowd,I'd be upset too not over the money issue but a hard signed autograph means the player actually touched it,also sending a different brand would be of no help if you were putting the set the redemption was for together.
Do something nice for someone everyday, it will pay off in the long run.
