A few years ago I sent a damaged Cup Enshrinements 07-08 of Salming. It had 7 factory creases on the back. In return I received a Cup Enshrinements 06-07 of Heatley :(
    after waiting for 9 months.

Tough crowd,I'd be upset too not over the money issue but a hard signed autograph means the player actually touched it,also sending a different brand would be of no help if you were putting the set the redemption was for together.

At least someone agrees with me lol

I'll stick up for my fellow Sabres Mafia brother here. There is a pretty big difference to me between a hard-signed card and a sticker auto and it does to I would think a great amount of collectors here as well with all the no more sticker autos complaints I've read over the years.

Look at it from Derrick's POV guys, if you sent in a hard signed auto from one of the better products out there each year IMO in SPA of your FAVORITE player and received a sticker auto from what I consider to be one of the worst non-low-end products out there in Artifacts, wouldn't you be a bit upset too? I know I would. If you're Upper Deck and included a letter or something stating the SOTT is out of stock, I might understand but I think not saying that opens them up to more criticism and negativity.

I bought a box of 2010-11 SP Game Used, and in my last pack I got two base, a no-name RC and two decoys. When I asked for a replacement they sent me this...

I have zero interest in football cards, no idea who this is, what he's done, etc., and it sure didn't come out of a $30 pack of cards. So, I brought it to their attention, and they sent me a replacement for the replacement...

OK, right sport this time, and it certainly didn't hurt, but upon closer look, it's from 09-10, is nowhere near any of the players I told them I'd like for a replacement, and there's about a 2% chance I'll ever be able to move it. I was happy that there was customer service offered, and that it did its job, but the end result took forever, and was frankly a bit lackluster. I've never had any problems with UD's redemptions, they're very quick, and the one time I had to have a damaged card replaced, they gave me the patch version (#/15) of a Frozen Fabrics card from last year's Ice. Great service in that case, but this one was a bust.
