    Scamming ebayer caught!!!

Well pretty much caught anyways. A friend sold this person some Enshrined base cards a few months back. The person claimed they didn't get them, money was refunded. But guess what cards this ebay member is selling now! Coincedently the same ones they never received and got a refund for. Is there any recourse now?
this puts another black mark on the Quebec ebay scene. Like I have said in other posts, I have nothing against Quebec, just find it very odd how there are so many claims out of Quebec alone, and here is another scammer from Quebec.

eBay has made it so impossible for me to get even with the ####ers that have screwed me over, thankfully only a handful out of 1000's of transactions, that I pretty much stick to my favorite sellers list......and no one who's ever bought from me has tried to pull anything. Horseshoes up my butt :D

If a seller doesnt send your item you can get your money back through Paypal, if that was how you paid.

I would like to know about this occurring (police being contacted) and the results of such events. Investigation, arrest, goods returned, etc...
I say do it. Call the authorities.
