Well pretty much caught anyways. A friend sold this person some Enshrined base cards a few months back. The person claimed they didn't get them, money was refunded. But guess what cards this ebay member is selling now! Coincedently the same ones they never received and got a refund for. Is there any recourse now?
this puts another black mark on the Quebec ebay scene. Like I have said in other posts, I have nothing against Quebec, just find it very odd how there are so many claims out of Quebec alone, and here is another scammer from Quebec.

This exact situation happened to me several years ago, although it was Canada to the USA.

Also, my cards were numbered. I don't remember, but are the enshrined cards numbered?

What I did was I could prove that my cards were the same because the serial number matched. It turns out that they received the cards but planned to sell them on another eBay account. They were relisted on this new account, so I bid on them and won them. when I won them, I got the user's payment info and could match up the information (they were the same).

I then called Paypal and spoke with a live representative and explained the situation. Same address, same cards, same serial numbers. They scammed me when they said that they were never received.

    Got a refund right away.

If they aren't serial numbered though, it may be difficult to prove that they are the ones you sold.

    GL & cheers,
    reoddai

I had this happen to me when I first got back into the hobby. I got a Sidney Crosby Rookie Showcase card (not numbered) and sold it on ebay, the buyer from quebec said they never received the card and got a full refund and I lost the card and the money. I will not sell to quebec anymore unless they pay for tracking.
