If the way they do business is fine with you then go on being happy about it, if any other company treated their clients as poorly as Panini has that company would be out of business.

Beckett has actually made quite a successful business plan out of that.

I just called Panini and was pleasantly surprised by the lady on the other end. She has no idea about hockey or players but she was very pleasant and helpful. I requested a replacement for this card 2010 Panini Certified Freshman Fabric Signatures #197 Stephan. I asked for a replacement from something other than Score or Donruss. She said that she will check into a Crown Royale silhouette or something from the new Dominion that was just released. Of course it will be something of equal value but I would be happy with anything at this point. Any way point is is that once you do get to talk to someone they are very accomodating and pleasant to speak with. Now I will wait to see if there is a follow through with this deal. Oh ya apparently the stickers are returned and they are waiting for the cards to be produced for that redemption. Still asked for a replacement though.

i think its unfair to just assume that it was panini's fault...many times the play looses the card, or just doesn't sign them. They could have sent him both sets and he only got around to signing 80% of them and they want to wait until the entire set is signed and returned.

except the big ones..dont wanan risk it at this point

i too called panini about a redemption i had for a chris mason scratching the surface. apparently it has been more than 4 months and he has not signed yet. i asked for a replacement card....
