Ud Redemption Cards Service = Ridiculous
I am actually angry Fleer went out of business. I got another redemption from Ud about 7-8 months ago and sent it in. I just got it in the mail today, late by a long time, and didnt even get the card I had sent in for. It makes no sense. I had a redemption for a duel auto of J. Rich and Fred Jones # o what I believe was 50. They sent me a letter and 2 crap cards in return stating they had run out of cards. How is that possible? What were there 51 redemptions and 50 cards? Any insight on this matter and what I should do? This is the 3rd time this has happened. And quite frankly, I aint too happy.

im sorry to say this to you but there isnt much that you can do. if you read the print it says that if they cant find the card within a matter of time they will replace it with something that they believe to be of equal value

Well actually not quite long ago I think it was in '99 UD did a Wayne Gretzkey autographed jersey I believe and there was only 30 jerseys but they actually sent out 300 redemption cards. They had a raffle of the 300 cards for the 30 jerseys I believe.

Well I just got back from Vacation On Sunday after being away for 2 months. So I just got my mail today. I got it 2 weeks after I left, SO i still shoudl be able to do something.

There is really nothing you can do Vikings... After a few months, your best bet is to acutally call UD and if they offer you choices (they usually do), pick your favorites and you just might get a surprise.. I know I did... Had an exchange for a Mike Piazza Auto /20, after 5 months I called UD, spoke to a VERY NICE rep who asked for 4 choices if they could not get the card, well, I ended up getting a Piazza Auto /10, and a Whitey Ford Auto /50.
But once you get the cards, you are SOL if you don't like them....
Also, remember that if the card is an auto redemption, it is on the Players to return the cards/stickers, otherwise the cards don't exist... That might have happened in your case.

you can call upper deck usually if you dont like the replacement you can return the cards with the original letter and they will get you a different replacement, ive had to do this once or twice

nothing makes me more pissed off after spending $100 on a box of Upperdeck product cards and getting a redemption. I just got one for a Vidro 05 Reflections Blue Dual Auto...and after the nightmares with upperdeck in the past I always sell the redemptions online and let them be other people's problems. I have to get rid of them as soon as possible cuz I'm not waiting another 5 or 6 months to get a semi-crummy card.
