UD SUCKS!!! lol. They told me that they would replace my Brett FAvre Auto which is damaged, so I sent it in and a few weeks later I got a package back and the same damaged Favre was there along with a letter saying they couldn't replace it. Needless to say, I was steamed. I've contacted the BBB on them and I will get my replacements under any circumstances.
They think since Fleer went out they have no competition, well I for one hope, unless they fix this, that they go belly up somehow.
I know it doesn't involve redemptions, but I had to get that rant out there to warn people that if you get a damaged card from UD you are pretty much stuck with it.

write a "nice" letter to Customer Service Attn:Chris Carlin. Chris seems to try to do something. He's always treated me well anyway. Good Luck!

I might have to do that if the BBB can't do anything about it at least if that post was for me anyway. lol

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but if the worst thing that happens to you guys this week is your auto card not being replaced then you should consider yourself very lucky.
And as far as UD replacing cards goes, I have sent in a few and had them replaced everytime. I have sent in at least 3 autograph cards since february 05 and gotten each and everyone replaced. They have been nothing but great to me and I continue my loyalty towards them for treating me right.
Also, they can't promise that the card will be replaced because if an athlete doesn't get around to signing those little strips/stickers/holograms, there is nothing they can do, they can't force them to sign those hundreds or thousands of those things. The only thing they can do is not send them their checks. And if they don't have those, then they can't send you a new card with the flawless corners you are looking for. All card companies make a certain amount of extra cards as replacements. IF a lot of people send in cards to be replaced then they might run out. Also, they never promise that they will replace it, but that every attempt will be made to do so. So its sometimes out of their hands. They don't have the little auto swatches, they have no means of making a new card and thus you have to get your old one back.
And its not an issue the BBB will take up since A) you received the product b) they did not steal money c) you simply did not like the product

Why do people still buy UD boxes? Can someone inform me on the reason? All I ever hear is about bad pulls and crappy CS. I guess some people don't learn.

I had a really good experience with UD with my J rich double jersey auto #15/100. It took like 3 and 1/2 weeks. I was happy with the experience.
