Go to college teams website and look for athletic department mailing address. Many also have a staff directory that have email addresses for the coach or the departments administrative assistant where you can email the coach and ask from an signed photo. I have gotten hundreds of coaches that way. I use this site I will link here for you as it lists the colleges official pages and makes life easier when looking for them. The rest of that site I am not thrilled with, but the college team address websites are a great resource!
