I feel Condit won, the only way that he could have possibly won that fight and he stuck to his gameplan. Diaz was probably better on the ground and had superior striking. Condit knew if he stood toe to toe he wouldve gotten picked apart, if it went to the ground they may have canceled each other out.

I completely agree with how Diaz felt over the fight..Condit did run, but he had no other choice. Condit-GSP may be even more boring than that fight!!

From following it on Sherdog maybe if Diaz had been doing more Punching and kicking instead of taunting and talking he might've won it easily. I like Diaz but, feel his talent is always outshadowed by his bad attitude. Congrats to Condit !!

Hey Eduardo, Nice to see that gigantic Condit collection paying off huh!!

    Condit won easily,

If a guy does nothing but press forward to get you up against the cage (and getting hit doing it) and you circle under/out because he has poor footwork (while hitting him), how is he being effective/winning a fight?

    Condit total strikes 160 (151 significant strikes) / Diaz 117 (105 significant).

160 > 117....Its a fight. The goal is to hit the person more than he hits you. Condit had a great game plan and did exactly that.

Don't get me started on the Pierce / Kos fight....Pierce outlanded him by more than 50% in round 1 and 2 (Kos won the 3rd). Kos' only offence was headbutt cut and a bunch of eye pokes. Easy 29-28 to score....shoulda been 29-27 with the eye pokes.

Just my opinon.....but I'm probably bias cause I bet on Condit and Pierce.

i officially now question the knowledge of some of my fellow traders when it comes to mma if they thought diaz won. and i wanted diaz to win! he didnt do enough. there is no argument and i was shocked to even see this thread started!
