For the sake of my standings in the office pool, I need a Kings win tonight. The money can help pay for my Metallica trip in August.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

You and me both..... 2 points so far tonight (AK and DD).
I could handle a game 6, but I need them to be higher scoring, lol. Gotta do something to make up for all the shutouts in the other series.

Tough way to end the series for the Coyotes. LA way outplayed them though. The interference on Doughty is finally called (idk how many Canucks defencemen got away with it too when it should've been a penalty) but he goes irate. Stunts like he did after the whistle are easily an extra 2 minutes if not 10. Yes it's the playoffs, but there is no need for the minute long temper tantrum. Brown also got away with a knee at the end there, very similar to the one Morris got called on in game 1 I think it was. I only watched the last bit of Overtime, but the Kings were definitely outplaying them.
This is one thing I hate about the playoffs is the lack of consistency from period to period, game to game, series to series, round to round, and the difference from regular season to playoffs as far as calls go. Talking to a lot of people who are new to hockey, the game is too confusing and inconsistent, so it's hard to figure out everything.
At the end of the day, the Kings outplayed the Canucks, Blues, and Coyotes. They deserve where they are.

Congrats to the Kings! Hope Rozsival is ok, that looked nasty. Yotes had a great run too, it was sad that the goal was scored RIGHT after the knee, everyone lost it.
