Charting?
As everyone knows in minor league baseball 2 of the teams pitchers sit in the stands with a radar gun and sign for fans if asked. I want to know how you can tell who will be charting at a game. So far this year it seems that it is completely random in Wilmington but i could just be missing something, if anyone has tips to prepare for who will be charting i would appreciate it.

Thats not true at all... Luke Hoschaver did it all the time when he was with AAA Omaha and he is a Starter. I also Greinke do it in the Minors too but yeah its pretty random

I don't know that there's an official system. I've seen teams use the next day starters and I've seen teams use the day before starter..

I saw Vance Worley do it for Reading in Trenton.. But to be honest, I don't bother them, I consider them the same as any player in a uniform. They are on duty so I leave them alone.
