They all know that or he would have signed already. Most teams think he's on the decline, which i also agree with. His numbers have kept dropping for the last 3 years steadily.

No he said he loves playing in a hockey mad market because people actually care and the fan support is great. He said that playing in one that is not provides the ability to go out with his family without being recognized. I think he'd be happy in either Florida or Toronto for different reasons. In Toronto he would have a lot more to prove and honestly as much as some Leafs fans don't want him, he would be worshiped if he could get the Leafs into the playoffs. If Luongo got the Leafs a Stanley Cup he would be immortalized in Leaf history. Would be a tonne of pressure on Luongo in Toronto, way more than in Florida.

Not to mention that he basically admitted he's done in Vancouver the moment he said he's accept a trade.
He just said it again on the radio and every paper in the country had to make it sound like it was something instead of finding an actual story. We knew he was done, Gillis knew he was done, the rest of the team knew and, guess what, he's known all along too. This was just his first actual interview since the end of the season. Luongo saying, "It's been a great 6 years but it's time to move on" isn't news in the least. He never specified a team, he just mentioned the pros of playing in either a hockey-mad Canadian market or playing in a place with anonimity.

I know this, hence why no one wants him.

I love how this quote from Luongo, after being asked if he would play for Chicago:
There are a lot of cities that are great to play in and Chicago is definitely one of them," the 33-year-old said. "But I think you've got to realize that it works both ways. There's not only me involved in this decision, there's also a question if the Blackhawks would be interested and if the team (Canucks) would be interested in trading me there, and if I'd be willing to go there.
gets turned into this headline:
Trade talk: Roberto Luongo brings Chicago Blackhawks into play
Love the media. Hope he does well at the WSoP...my tax dollars are paying for him to go...
